Historic Consultants enjoys a long relationship with the owners of several of the theatres that characterize the Broadway Theater district. The firm has counseled the owners on various long term maintenance needs of the buildings, but most significantly coordinated incremental work to restore the street level retail, and conform to local permitting regulations. Ongoing services involve serving as a liaison with the various agencies involved with the revitalization of Broadway into a revitalized entertainment district.
