Guardian Arms Hotel – Hollywood, CA

Historic Consultants worked with the owner and the project architect to compile a Historic Structures Report documenting the history of the 1927 building, and create a preservation plan to rehabilitate the building focusing on rehabilitating the retail storefronts that had been extensively modified. The report also assisted in identifying the character-defining features of the interior lobby areas, as well as the guest rooms, as a guide to rehabilitating the building into apartments.
